By downloading or using Vision Football ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Acceptable use

Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
Do not use the app in any way that is unlawful or could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Play safely

Vision Football involves physical movement such as kicking and diving. Play in a clear, open space away from people, pets, walls, furniture, and other hazards. Wear appropriate footwear, warm up, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. You are responsible for your own safety and surroundings while playing.

Intellectual property

The app, including its code, artwork, audio, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Team names and flags are used for identification purposes only.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
