Support & Help
Need a hand with Vision Football? Most issues are about camera setup — the tips below fix the vast majority of them. If you're still stuck, email us and we'll help.
We typically reply within 1–2 business days.
Getting started
- Prop your phone up against something stable, roughly at waist to chest height.
- Stand back far enough that your full body (for goalkeeper) or your kicking foot and leg (for shooting) is clearly in the camera view.
- Good lighting helps the camera detect you — avoid strong backlight from a window behind you.
- Follow the calibration prompts and hold still when asked.
Frequently asked questions
The camera won't turn on / is black
Make sure you granted camera permission. Open your device Settings → find Vision Football → enable Camera, then reopen the app.
It says I'm "too close" or can't see my foot
Step further back so the camera can see more of your body. Both your knee and ankle need to be visible for shooting calibration. Re-run calibration from the pause menu if your setup changes.
The marker/glove is tracking the wrong spot
Recalibrate from the pause menu, and make sure only one person is in frame with an unobstructed view.
How do I recalibrate mid-game?
Tap pause, then choose Re-Calibrate. The game resumes right where you left off once calibration completes.
Does the app use my data or internet?
No. All motion detection runs on your device and no camera images or personal data are collected or uploaded. See our Privacy Policy for details.
